§ 87-3-208 — Regulation Of Placing Of Caged Fish
87-3-208 . Regulation of placing of caged fish. The department shall have the authority to regulate the placing of caged fish in public waters to protect the recreational and aesthetic use of such water from pollution, excessive private use, and the introduction of disease.
