81-3-213 . Inspection of livestock removed from state. Except as provided for in 81-3-212 (1) and 81-3-211 (4) and (6)(b), nothing contained in this part authorizes or permits a person to remove or cause to be removed livestock from this state to a location outside of this state unless the livestock has been inspected for brands by a state stock inspector or deputy state stock inspector and a certificate for the inspection has been issued in connection with and for the purpose of the transportation or removal as provided in this part.
