80-3-305 . Enforcement -- stop sale order -- injunction.
(1)The department may place a stop sale order on any lot of produce sold or transported without proper labeling or in violation of this part.
(2)If a person violates any provision of this part, the department may seek to enjoin that person from further business until the person has complied with this part. The department may file an injunction action in the first judicial district court. The injunction provided for by this section is in addition to the misdemeanor penalty provided for in 80-3-306 .
