77-3-512 . Disposition of lessee's property upon termination of lease. Upon the termination for any cause of any lease issued under 77-3-501 , the lessee has 6 months after the date of the termination within which to remove all machinery, fixtures, improvements, buildings, and equipment belonging to it upon the premises.
