§ 77-3-508 — Duration Of Lease
Montana·Title 77 STATE LANDS·Ch. 3 ROCK, MINERAL, COAL, OIL, AND GAS RESOURCES·Part 5 Underground Storage of Natural Gas
77-3-508 . Duration of lease. All leases issued under 77-3-501 may be granted for a period not exceeding 20 years, and the lessee has a preferential right to renew the lease for an additional period not exceeding 20 years, subject to any terms and conditions the board imposes.
