§ 75-3-603 — Radon Testing And Mitigation Proficiency Listing Requirements
75-3-603 . Radon testing and mitigation proficiency listing requirements. In order to be publicly listed as proficient by the department in a radon-related occupation, a person shall pass a United States environmental protection agency proficiency examination approved by the department.
