71-3-615 . Sale of property to satisfy lien. The court may order any property subject to a lien as provided in this part to be sold by the sheriff as personal property is sold on execution, either before or at the time judgment is rendered, as provided in 71-3-614 , and the proceeds of such sale must be paid into court to be applied as directed in 71-3-614 .
