Text
7-3-4436 . Sinking fund trustees.
(1)The members of the commission, the city manager, and the director of finance shall constitute the sinking fund trustees. The mayor shall be the president and the director of finance shall be the secretary of the trustees of the sinking fund.
(2)The trustees of the sinking fund shall manage and control the sinking fund in the manner provided by laws of Montana or by ordinance.
