7-3-4323 . Conduct of commission business.

(1)In municipalities having three commissioners, two commissioners shall constitute a quorum and the affirmative vote of two commissioners shall be necessary to adopt or reject any motion, resolution, or ordinance or pass any measure unless a greater number is provided for in this part or part 44. In municipalities having five commissioners, three commissioners shall constitute a quorum and the affirmative vote of three commissioners shall be necessary to adopt or reject any motion, resolution, or ordinance or pass any measure unless a greater number is provided for in this part or part 44.
(2)Upon every vote, the ayes and the nays shall be called and recorded, and every motion, resolution, or ordinance shall be reduced to writing and read befor
