7-3-4322 . Meetings of commission.
(1)At 10 a.m. on the first Monday after January 1 following a general municipal election, the commission shall meet at the usual place for holding the meetings of the legislative body of the municipality, at which time the newly elected commissioners shall assume the duties of their office. Thereafter, the commissioners shall meet at times that may be prescribed by ordinance or resolution, except that in municipalities having less than 5,000 inhabitants, they shall meet regularly at least once and not more than four times per month, and in municipalities having more than 5,000 inhabitants, they shall meet not less than once every 2 weeks.
