7-3-4231 . General provisions related to elections.

(1)All electors of cities under this part who, by ordinances governing cities incorporated under the general municipal incorporation law or by charter, would be entitled to vote for the election of officers at any general municipal election in such cities shall be qualified to vote at all elections under this part.
(2)The ballots to be used at such general municipal election shall be in the same general form as for such primary elections so far as applicable; and in all elections in such cities the election precincts, voting places, method of conducting the elections, canvassing of votes, and announcing the results shall be the same as provided by law for the election of officers in such cities so far as the same are applicable and not
