7-3-1271 . General provisions related to elections.

(1)For any election held on the question of the adoption of this part and part 13 and for the first election of members of the commission if adopted, the county election administrator and board of county commissioners shall exercise the powers and perform the duties respecting elections prescribed for county election administrators and boards of county commissioners by the election laws of the state.
(2)After the adoption of this part and part 13 by the electors of the county and the election and qualification of a commission, elections must be conducted as provided in Title 7 and Title 13.
