Text
7-3-1215 . Qualifications for commission.
(1)Members of the commission must be qualified electors of the consolidated municipality and may not hold any other public office except that of notary public or member of the state militia.
(2)A member of the commission ceasing to possess any of the qualifications specified in this section shall immediately forfeit the member's office.
