Montana·Title 69 PUBLIC UTILITIES AND CARRIERS·Ch. 3 REGULATION OF UTILITIES·Part 13 Change in Customer's Telecommunications Carrier
69-3-1316 . Notice to attorney general. If the commission has reason to believe that any entity has violated any provision of the law for which a criminal penalty is provided or any law regarding fraud or consumer protection, the commission shall notify the attorney general.
