61-3-732 . Continued validity of existing reciprocity agreements. All reciprocity and proportional registration agreements, arrangements, and declarations relating to motor vehicles, trailers, semitrailers, or pole trailers in force and effect as of March 7, 1963, continue in force and effect until specifically amended or revoked as provided by law or by the agreements, arrangements, or declarations.
