§ 61-3-346 — County Motor Vehicle Computer Committee

61-3-346 . County motor vehicle computer committee.

(1)There is a county motor vehicle computer committee.

(2)The committee is allocated to the department of justice for administrative purposes only as provided in 2-15-121 .

(3)The committee consists of:

(a)an employee of the department of justice information technology division, appointed by the attorney general;

(b)two county treasurers, appointed by the Montana county treasurers association; and

(c)two employees of the department of justice, appointed by the attorney general.
