§ 52-3-502 — Definitions
52-3-502 . Definitions. In this part, the following definitions apply:
(1)"Department" means the department of public health and human services provided for in 2-15-2201 .
(2)"Older Montanan" means a resident of this state who is at least 60 years of age.
