32-3-202 . Reports.
(1)Credit unions organized under this chapter shall report to the department of administration annually on or before February 1 on forms supplied by the department for that purpose. Additional reports may be required.
(2)A fine of $5 for each day a report is in arrears must be levied against the offending credit union unless it is excused for cause by the department.
