20-3-353 . Establishment and purpose of trustee nominating districts.
(1)After the county superintendent has determined the number of additional trustee positions, the county superintendent shall establish trustee nominating districts in that portion of the high school district without representation on the high school trustees. There must be one trustee nominating district for each additional trustee position, except the additional trustee-at-large. Unless it is impossible, the trustee nominating district boundaries must be coterminous with elementary district boundaries.
(2)The purpose of the trustee nominating district is to establish a representative district for the nomination and election of a resident of the district to be an additional member of the trustees of a high school dist
