10-3-504 . Emergency resources management plan. The emergency resources management plan must provide an emergency organization and emergency administrative policies and procedures for the conservation, allocation, distribution, and use of essential resources available to the state following a civil defense emergency such as an attack upon the United States. The plan is supplemental to the national plan for emergency preparedness adopted by the president of the United States and becomes operative upon the establishment of a civil defense emergency.
