Text
20-25-245 . Reports -- disposition of income.
(1)The board of regents may require such regular and special reports to be prepared as it deems necessary. Such regular reports and the special reports and bulletins, with proper illustrations and maps, shall be printed and distributed as the board of regents may direct and as the interests of the state and of science and industry may demand.
(2)Income received by the station shall be deposited in the state treasury and used for the purposes of administering 20-25-241 through 20-25-245 .
