§ 20-25-222 — Agricultural Experiment Station -- Establishment And Purpose
20-25-222 . Agricultural experiment station -- establishment and purpose.
(1)There is established at the state university at Bozeman and under its direction an agricultural experiment station, by virtue of the Hatch Act approved by congress on March 2, 1887. The provisions, donations, and benefits contained in that act and all acts supplementary thereto or amendatory thereof are accepted and adopted by the state of Montana.
(2)The purpose of the agricultural experiment station shall be to conduct and promote studies, scientific investigations, and experiments relating to agriculture, natural resources, and rural life and to diffuse information thereby acquired among the people of Montana.
(3)The agricultural experiment station shall include, in addition to the central location at Bozema
