25-13-711 . Real property -- certificate of sale.

(1)Upon a sale of real property, the officer must give to the purchaser a certificate of sale, containing:
(a)a particular description of the property sold;
(b)the price bid for each distinct lot or parcel;
(c)the whole price paid;
(d)when subject to redemption, a statement to that effect.
(2)A duplicate of such certificate must be filed by the officer in the office of the county clerk.
