§ 7-22-2141 — Noxious Weed Fund
7-22-2141 . Noxious weed fund.
(1)The commissioners shall create a noxious weed fund to be used only for purposes authorized by this part.
(2)The fund must be maintained by the county treasurer in accordance with 7-6-2111 .
