33-22-1117 . Appropriate sale criteria.
(1)Appropriate sale criteria must be established and communicated to the consumer prior to the insurance company's acceptance of a person's application for long-term care insurance.
(2)This section may not preclude the purchase of a long-term care insurance policy by a consumer.
