§ 7-21-3307 — Gross Proceeds Charge

7-21-3307 . Gross proceeds charge.
(1)A producer of products using the marketplace established under the provisions of this part shall pay or cause to be paid, at the close of each day's business, to the market master a charge of 5% of the person's gross sales.
(2)The funds collected by the market master must be turned in to the county treasury to the credit of the county market fund and must be used by the county treasurer toward the payment of the expenses of operating and maintaining the public market.
