53-20-302 . Definition of community home -- limitation on number of residents.
(1)A community home for persons with developmental disabilities is a family-oriented residence or home designed to provide facilities for two to six persons with developmental disabilities, established as an alternative to existing state institutions.
(2)The department may waive the limit on the number of residents prescribed in subsection (1) for a community home licensed and in operation prior to October 1, 2025.
