§ 53-20-118 — Venue For Hearing

53-20-118 . Venue for hearing.
(1)Except as provided in 53-20-129 , hearings held pursuant to this part must be held in the district court for the district in which:
(a)the respondent resides; or
(b)the residential facility to which the respondent is committed or is to be committed is located.
(2)The cost of any hearing held pursuant to this part must be borne by the county where the respondent resides.
