87-2-818 . Law enforcement officers and firefighters critically injured in line of duty. A law enforcement officer, as defined in 7-32-201 , a firefighter, or a volunteer firefighter who was critically injured in the line of duty and is permanently unable to return to work because of the injury is entitled to fish with a conservation license issued by the department during expeditions arranged for the person by a nonprofit organization that uses fishing as part of the rehabilitation of injured or disabled persons.
