87-2-605 . Class C-3--youth trapping license. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a resident, as defined in 87-2-102 , who is 6 years of age or older and less than 12 years of age, upon making application to the department, may receive a Class C-3 license that authorizes the holder to trap fur-bearing animals, the trapping of which has not been restricted by the commission, within the state at the times and in the manner provided by law and the regulations of the commission and at the places that may be designated in the license.
