§ 87-2-204 — Disposition Of Conservation License Fees
Montana·Title 87 FISH AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 2 FISHING, HUNTING, AND TRAPPING LICENSES·Part 2 Wildlife Conservation License
87-2-204 . Disposition of conservation license fees. The fees from the conservation license must be delivered to the state treasurer and deposited by the treasurer in the state special revenue fund to the credit of the department in accordance with the provisions of 87-1-601 .
