§ 85-2-514 — Inspection Of Wells
85-2-514 . Inspection of wells. The department, the state bureau of mines and geology, or the department of environmental quality may enter on the property of any appropriator where a well is situated, at any reasonable hour of the day, for the purpose of investigating any matters in connection with this part.
