§ 85-2-502 — Administrative Rules
85-2-502 . Administrative rules. The department may prescribe and enforce reasonable rules concerning and providing for inspection and entry, the circumstances under which the construction of weirs or other measuring devices may be required, and other similar matters that are required by and consistent with the administration of this part.
