§ 85-2-369 — Permit Not Required For Testing

85-2-369 . Permit not required for testing.

(1)Water testing or monitoring is not a beneficial use of water requiring the filing of a permit application.
(2)A permit is not required if the intent of a person is to conduct aquifer tests, water quality tests, water level monitoring, or other testing or monitoring of a water source.
