81-2-603 . Violation -- penalty. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this part shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $500 or by imprisonment for not less than 30 days and not more than 90 days or both fine and imprisonment.
