81-2-116 . Animal health account -- enterprise fund account for laboratory services.
(1)There is an account in the state special revenue fund established by 17-2-102 to be known as the animal health account. All fees collected by the department related to animal health, except those received pursuant to 81-2-102 (1)(c), must be deposited in the account to be used for animal health functions of the department.
(2)(a) There is an account of the enterprise fund type, as defined in 17-2-102 (2)(a), to the credit of the department for the use of the laboratory functions of the department.
(b)Gross revenue from the collection of fees for services rendered pursuant to 81-2-102 (1)(c) must be deposited in the account.
