7-2-6102 . Alteration of district boundaries for inaccessibility.

(1)(a) A qualified petitioner may petition for the alteration of hospital district or school district boundaries due to an inability to access public services as provided in this part.
(b)A qualified petitioner may not petition to alter hospital district boundaries under the process provided in this part if any portion of the property identified in the petition for separation is subject to an active petition for withdrawal of land from a hospital district under 7-34-2156 .
(2)A petition for a hospital district under this part must provide for either the transfer of property from one hospital district to an existing hospital district or for the division of the existing hospital district as described in the petition and mus
