7-2-2805 . Form of ballot.

(1)The ballot containing the question of whether or not to change the boundaries of adjoining counties must include the legal description of the proposed boundary change, together with any descriptive name or names for the property that may be in common use.
(2)The question must be in a form similar to the following:
(3)The language on the ballot must be the same in each adjoining county in which the election is held.
