60-2-205 . Powers of department with respect to highways not located entirely within the state. The department may expend funds for the construction, reconstruction, engineering, administration, betterment, and maintenance of highways designated under 60-2-106 . It may do all things necessary or required to carry out fully the cooperation contemplated under Title 23, U.S.C., with regard thereto.
