§ 53-2-503 — Information Made Available To Department Of Justice

53-2-503 . Information made available to department of justice.
(1)The department of public health and human services and its local units shall make available to the department of justice information contained in the public assistance files pertinent to the investigations and judicial actions described in 53-2-501 .
(2)Every other state, county, or other governmental agency shall make available to the agents or attorneys of the department of justice all records, files, memoranda, forms, or other papers relating to public assistance matters, including income tax returns filed with the department of revenue.
