53-2-1206 . Performance indicators. The 4-year combined state plan must contain performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and operation of the programs identified in Title I-B of the Act, 29 U.S.C. 3101, et seq. The combined state plan must contain the expectation of continuous improvement, as negotiated with the secretary of the U.S. department of labor, and conform to the requirements of section 103 of the Act, 29 U.S.C. 3113.
