37-2-610 . (Temporary) Rulemaking. The department shall adopt rules to carry out the purposes of 37-2-603 , including but not limited to:
(1)training and testing requirements for pediatric complex care assistants;
(2)application fees; and
(3)pediatric complex care assistant scope of practice. (Terminates June 30, 2031--sec. 10, Ch. 628, L. 2023.)
