35-2-1107 . Secretary of state -- powers -- rulemaking.

(1)The secretary of state has the power reasonably necessary to perform the duties required of the secretary of state's office by this chapter.
(2)The secretary of state may adopt rules to perform the duties required of the secretary of state under this chapter, including establishing necessary fees.
