32-2-901 . Mutual association advertising before issuance of charter. It is unlawful for any individual, firm, or corporation to advertise, publish, or otherwise promulgate that it is engaged in the mutual association business without first having obtained authority from the department. Any person who violates this section is subject to the penalties in 32-2-607 (5).
