32-2-819 . Directors -- meetings -- officers.

(1)Within 30 days after the corporate existence of a mutual association begins, the directors of the mutual association shall hold an organizational meeting and shall elect officers pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and the bylaws of the mutual association. At the organizational meeting, the directors shall take other action that is appropriate for beginning the transaction of business by the mutual association. The department may extend, by order, the time within which the organizational meeting must be held.
(2)The incorporators of the mutual association shall serve as directors until the first meeting of the members to be held at the time provided for by this chapter or until their successors are elected and qualified, after which
