32-2-1216 . Enforcement of notices or orders. The commissioner may apply to the district court of the county in which the home office of the institution is located or to the district court for Lewis and Clark County for the enforcement of any effective and outstanding notice or order issued under this part. The court has jurisdiction to require compliance.
