32-2-1203 . Informal conferences -- time for application. Within 15 days after service of the notice of charges, either the institution or the department may request an informal conference to discuss the charges and the possible disposition of the charges without a formal hearing process. The conference must be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 2-4-603 . Upon a proper showing, the department may withdraw charges and proceedings for a cease and desist order.
