§ 23-2-533 — Use Of Allocated Funds For Boating Facilities
23-2-533 . Use of allocated funds for boating facilities.
(1)Funds allocated to the motorboat account must be used by the department to
improve, operate, or maintain boating facilities.
(2)The department may use the funds to match available federal funds to the extent possible.
