53-19-304 . Officers -- meetings -- quorum -- compensation.
(1)The committee shall choose a presiding officer from its members.
(2)The committee shall meet at least four times a year and at other times as determined by the presiding officer or by a majority of the committee.
(3)Seven members of the committee constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
(4)All members of the committee are entitled to reimbursement of expenses as provided in 2-18-501 through 2-18-503 . Members of the committee who are not state employees are also entitled to receive compensation as provided in 2-15-122 for each day that they are engaged in official business of the committee.
