37-19-816 . Permit -- transfer of ownership.

(1)If a cemetery company that is subject to the provisions of this part is to be sold, if the ownership is to be otherwise transferred, or if a controlling interest in the company is to be sold or otherwise transferred, the proposed purchaser or transferee shall file an application for the issuance of a new permit with the board.
(2)The application must be accompanied by a fee and other information that the board requires by rule.
